Viewstation EX

The Polycom Viewstation EX has the same engine as the FX & VS but was introduced as an entry-level FX. It comes with H.264, 4 way multipoint (IP & ISDN) is optional, and only supports ISDN via the 512k BRI interface, no PRI option is availabe.

XGA graphics is included plus content sharing via the optional Visual Concert FX module

The Polycom Viewstation FX is the bigger brother to the EX - it offers a wider range of connectivity options in a more integrated environment.

The Viewstaion EX was a current model until early 2006 and sill represents an excellent way of getting the best boardroom quality, standard definition videoconferencing at low prices.
