How We WorkOur main line of business is providing new, end of line, and second hand Polycom (previously known in Europe as Polyspan) HDX VSX and Viewstation series video conferencing equipment. We usually have available from stock select systems from the HDX and VSX ranges the full range of original Viewstations covering the SP range, the 128, 512, MP range and the EX, FX, VS4000.
The HDX series is starting to become available to us - plus we have had VSX 5000, 6000 and 7000 systems sporadically in stock but as they are now end-of-life they should become more readily available. please call if you are interested in this range from Polycom.
If you need a Polycom system which is not available from current stock, we can usually source it within 2-3 weeks. We will of course keep you posted regarding progress of your order on a regular basis.
We also frequently have available systems from other manufacturers such as Lifesize, Sony, Radvision, Accord, Tandberg, Aethra, Vcon, Zydacron, PictureTel etc. If you don't see what you are looking for please contact us with your requirements and we will get back with a view on how easy it might or might not be to source. |
Shipping PolicyFor UK Mainland weekday deliveries we use City Link (an Initial Rentokil company) to provide a next day service at fixed cost of just £9.50. At extra cost we can provide timed deliveries by 07:30, 09:00, 10:30 or 12:00 plus shipments to offshore UK destinations - please phone 01288 361522 for a quote.
They are a company that specialise in electronics shipments to business. Their policy is to make delivery attempts to the designated address on two consecutive days and if they find no-one in then a card will be left asking you to call your local City Link depot to re-arrange the delivery. If after 7 days you have not made contact the parcel will be returned to us. Of course we will be happy to send your order to an alternative address if you prefer. For smaller time-critical packages, we sometimes use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For other Worldwide destinations we either use Fedex or, if not time-critical, Euroad, European Road Service - please call for a shipping quote. |
