Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payment via Actinic Payments/Creditcall accepting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. If you would prefer to pay my another method then select 'Invoice with Order' and we will call you to make payment arrangements.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We can take your credit card information via phone or via placing an order on this website.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Most mainland UK orders are shipped using Fedex UK Next Day service. Goods in Transit liability of up to £15000 is included as part of the standard shipping charge - http://fedex.com/ukservices/ for full details.

For UK Highlands and Islands plus all overseas shipments we use a variety of carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, Fedex and TNT. We quote individually for all non-mainland UK orders, please request a quote before placing your order.

The value for carriage of any package represents the maximum liability in connection with a shipment of that package, including but not limited to, any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, any failure to provide information, or mis-delivery of information relating to the Shipment. Exposure to and risk of any loss in excess of the Declared Value for carriage is assumed by the sender. Customers are advised to contact their insurance agent or broker for insurance coverage. Even if a higher value is declared, the liability for loss of or damage to the contents of a shipment will not be more than the actual value of the contents of the shipment. Independent proof of the value of the contents of a shipment for which a claim is made wil be required.
Delivery Schedule If the item you order is in stock, it will be despatched with 48 working hours of confirmation of payment. If it is out of stock, delivery will usually take 2-3 weeks unless it is not possible to source the item within a reasonable time, in which case you will be informed by email and have the option to cancel the order.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is charged at the prevailing rate except where a valid VAT registration number is provided - please complete the VAT exemption section at checkout. All other export orders are VAT exempt.
Credit Card Security Payments made online by credit card are handled on our behalf through the secure servers of CreditCall. VC Warehouse Ltd does not receive your credit card details.

At no point during or after card processing are card details stored in plain text. Your credit card details are communicated directly between your computer and Creditcall's secure servers using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. The security of the connection will be confirmed by the presence of the padlock icon in the lower right hand corner of your browser. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, with any seals and wrappers unbroken.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
