Hosted VoIP will integrate with many CRMs to allow you to know who is calling you or allow you to "click to connect" through your address book.


What does it do?

With the TAPI installed you can see who is calling you or you click on the name of the person you want to call in your Address Book or Contacts Directory and you will be connected to that telephone number, no more dialling!

Technical Information

Upstream provide the TAPI facility to link with any program with a TAPI interface but your CRM needs to be linked to it, this is set up and managed by whoever manages your CRM. The phone buddy manual is found in your web portal. 000
